“I am a practising GP with extended skills in Gynaecology.
“I qualified as a GP in Bristol on 2010 and soon developed an interest in women’s health gaining letters of competence in coil and contraceptive implant techniques in 2013. I have carried out menopause training through the British Menopause Society and am an Associate Member of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
“I am passionate about ensuring all women have access to high quality, evidence-based health care during their reproductive years, perimenopause and menopause.
“I am also an advocate for promoting lifestyle choices which optimise health and well-being and believe this is of huge importance during the peri menopause and menopause. I recently qualified as a yoga instructor in Ivengar style Hatha Yoga and am excited to see where this journey leads me.
“I also enjoy running, getting lost in a good book, travelling and exploring new place and most of all having a laugh with my 2 adorable daughters.”
