“Hello Everyone! I am very excited to be joining the Hale Health Team!

I’m surgically trained in emergency surgery, plastic surgery, and minimally invasive techniques, having worked in leading hospitals across London and Cambridge. I now specialise in no-scalpel vasectomy — a precise, modern procedure carried out under local anaesthetic in a relaxed, professional setting.

Patients often tell me how surprised they are by how quick and straightforward the whole experience is — many say it was far easier than expected. It’s also not uncommon for couples to notice a positive impact on their sex life, which is one of the most rewarding parts of the work.

My focus is on making the entire process — from first consultation to aftercare — calm, clear, and supportive. I aim to offer not just surgical precision, but a genuinely reassuring experience throughout.”

Catherine supports all administrative & patient-related tasks and will always be on hand to answer any of your enquiries or assist you with an appointment.

“Previously I have worked as a teacher and within various customer facing roles, and I have loved the opportunity these roles have afforded me in getting to meet so many people.

“I am passionate about mental health and a big fan of holistic modalities including Breathwork.

“I have a two-year-old daughter who keeps me busy at home, but when I can I love to read and enjoy writing, which inspired me to start Word of Art, a small poetry writing service.

“I look forward to meeting you all in clinic soon.”

Therese has worked in customer service her whole life and therefore has a strong eye for detail and is extremely patient-centric. Therese will do her utmost best to ensure your experience at Hale Health is second to none.

I am also Reformer Pilates instructor & what I love about Pilates, is that it is for anybody and everybody; from rehab clients who need extra support of the springs to enhance their recovery, to desk workers that sit too much, athletes, women on their pre/postnatal and menopause journeys. Reformer is complementary to all lifestyles.”
